Condition evidence
Look up a road or address and get what the record can prove about its condition before an event. Built from the same frames as the defect register.

Nothing is shown until you ask, because a wall of every frame on every road is how a record stops being read. An address narrows the pack to the stretch around it.
Every gap above is stated rather than omitted. A pack that silently skips the stretch nobody drove reads as evidence the road was sound there, and it is evidence of nothing. The export carries the same statement on its first page.
Capture devices
One identity per vehicle. The key is shown once at provisioning and only its hash is stored; a lost key means issuing a new device, never recovering the old one.
On the vehicle's phone: open Velospatial Roads → Settings → Scan enrolment code, and point it at this square. Done — no typing.
